10th ave is not a safe bike lane. I live right near Fraser and I bike from Fraser to Main often along this bike lane. It’s an extremely narrow parking lot designed primarily for car use. Before you suggest it’s safe, please try biking through this particular area and then picture biking with your toddler. Does it still feel safe?
